  • While therapy often focuses on past experiences and emotional healing exclusively through verbal communication, our methods encompass future-oriented, goal-driven approaches through coaching, utilization of various movement practices including bioenergetics, stretching, breathwork and vocalization in a somatic healing session, and offering practical lifestyle advice to tailor your daily habits to be in alignment with your overall goals.

  • All offerings listed are hosted virtually via zoom. Virtual offerings allows you to prioritize self-improvement without sacrificing precious time. Limited in person availability is exclusive to the Washington, D.C. metro area on an individual basis and can be inquired about by sending us a message, here.

  • We offer 60 and 90 minute sessions for both coaching and somatic healing. Our wellness consultations are offered at 45 minutes.

  • Any supplementary materials, resources, or ongoing support for clients between sessions to enhance their wellness journey will be discussed during the first full length session together and is tailored to suit needs on a case by case basis.

  • The frequency of sessions varies based on individual needs and goals. On average, most clients find that one session per week, or once every-other-week, is the most sustainable way to integrate their downloads from their experience.

  • Our offerings can be a valuable complement to traditional medical and psychological care. However, it is important to note that somatic healing, coaching, and wellness consulting are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have questions pertaining to your specific diagnosis and how that may impact engaging with our services it is strongly advised to consult with your primary healthcare provider. Please make note of any medically prescribed advice given by your healthcare provider in the intake form provided prior to your first session.

  • Confidentiality is a top priority. The entirety of your session, as well as any personal details given in our intake form, is strictly confidential to ensure a safe space for open and honest communication.

  • Yes! The initial, optional and complimentary, consultation call is an opportunity for you to discuss your goals, expectations, and any other specifics you need addressed to ensure your confidence in working together.
